The Working Dog inspector Dustin did such a great job on my home inspection. He was thorough on inspecting every possible item within the two units, and he did it in a very reasonable time. Total professional, and he was so flexible with the appointment, as I had to cancel due to weather, and I had a deadline approaching. Dustin went out of his way to do it on a Saturday, then provided the report that same night, because my deadline was Sunday. The report covered everything, and it was so easy to read. I recommend them with no questions asked.

When I found the Federal House of my dreams, it was important that I find an inspector who would understand, and be familiar, with colonial buildings. In addition, I would need someone I could trust to fully document everything as given the current travel situation, I would not be able to attend the inspection.
Through conversations I was referred to Dustin Dodge of Working Dog Home Inspections. I gave him a call and he got me on the books. After the inspection, Dustin provided a 44-page Inspection Report on the property complete with a first-page summary of the entire inspection. The following pages documented with pictures and exacting detail each section/room of the house and property. After I received the report and took time reading it, Dustin made himself available to go through the entire report answering all questions I had.
Dustin did a wonderful job providing me everything I needed to know about the property. His attention to detail gave me great confidence to make a sound decision to purchase. I badgered the poor guy with questions coming and going and not once did he make me feel like I was taking up his time. My wife and I are very fortunate to have had Dustin from Working Dog Home Inspection (WDHI) come and inspect our soon to be home!
WDHI was contacted by us over this past weekend (a Saturday) to get a house inspected. This was very time sensitive, and had to be done the following Monday; since our schedules do not match, and we coincidentally had Monday off and requested that day. Dustin was open to making time to inspect the home the very next day (a Sunday), however we needed Monday (we wanted to be present). Dustin knew our situation and moved some things around in his own schedule and made Monday our inspection day!
The day of inspection, we arrive 15 minutes early to find Dustin already starting his inspection and getting into the groove of things! Dustin was very professional and polite!
